Why am I doing this Masterclass?
Letting go can be hard to do on your own, so coming together with like-minded people will support and encourage you.
I want to inspire you that you are the change to everything you don't like and your mindset is powerful.
With all the chaotic energy around and the energy you may have consumed over Christmas, I felt the call to create this 1hr workshop to help people step back and go within and move their focus and energy to empower themselves.
I also feel people need people to remind themselves that there is a beautiful future for us all and we get to decide how we live in this world.
Group work and the energy it provides is massive and when people come together, not only are you changing your vibration you will be changing the vibration all around you.
What will you receive in this 1hr with me and how will it support you?
Being the movement of change.
It's time to let go of what isn't working and what you truly wish to create this new year of new beginnings.
If you are tired of how things are flowing for you, this workshop could shift you by becoming aware of what is getting in the way and consuming yourself.
It all starts and ends with you and my wish is while you are with me in this 1hr session, it gives you inspiration and some tips and tools to be more aware of yourself and how these tools can help you master your mind on your path in changeable times, so things work for you rather than against you.

* Why it is important to calm your nervous system and what you can do to help reset it.
* How to shift your mindset surrounded by a lot of opinions and noise without it affecting your mindset.
* Being grounded and present and some techniques. Why it's important and what this creates
* Breath work, singing and humming and how this can calm you.
