Grounding Body Wash is wonderful use to start your morning to Ground your energy. It is recommended to use in the morning on days when you need to be focused or if your energy is feeling off balance. Grounding Body Wash is also effective when used in the evening to wind down after a stressful day. The body has 7 energy centres, known as Chakras and Grounding has been blended to cleanse and balance the Root Chakra.

Patchouli is relaxing, clarifies thoughts, allowing the discarding of jealousies, obsessions and insecurities.
Basil is uplifting and refreshing. It can help to promote calm and mental clarity and courage as well as alleviate anxiety. It calms and focuses your whole being from the mind to the nervous system.
Roman Chamomile calms and focuses your whole being and so can help with worry, anxiety, depression, irritability, tension, stress and hyperactivity. It clears mental paralysis, stabilises the emotions and helps to release emotions from the past.
Ylang Ylang is soothing and calming and will deepen your relaxation. It can balance male-female energies, enhance spiritual attunement, combats anger and low self-esteem, increases focus of thoughts and filter out negative energy. It restores peace\r\n and confidence and can cool hot emotions.
Frankincense brings a long lasting and deep calm that permeates your whole being. It helps to break unwanted links, enhances spiritual development and awareness and promotes meditation. Whilst it is calming it can also be euphoric and strengthening, improves attitude and uplifts spirits.
Sandalwood brings a long lasting and deep calm that enhances a deep sleep. It is grounding and stabilising. It can help with low self-esteem, depression, irritability, anger, paranoia, obsessions, jealousy and confusion.
Clary Sage deepens your relaxation. It soothes and calms and enhances one’s ability to dream. It is calming and stress-relieving but can also be uplifting, euphoric and invigorating. When using Clary Sage one should not consume alcohol as it can promote hallucinations.
Orange is uplifting and an antidepressant and helps with calming and relaxation.
Benzoin can help with depression, loneliness and grief. It is comforting, warming, uplifting and brings clarity and calm.
